Samples, Production and Shipping

ODM samples leave our facility within 3–7 days. Bulk production runs 25–40 days after sample approval for a first order, and 20–30 days for repeat orders. Sea freight adds 25–40 days depending on destination. We provide a pre-shipment inspection report with photographs before the balance payment is due.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For ODM orders using existing models, MOQ typically starts at 300–500 pieces depending on the product. Custom OEM projects with new tooling generally start at 1,000–3,000 pieces. Contact us with your target quantity and we will confirm the exact figure for your model.

Do you provide OEM and ODM service?

Yes. ODM lets you brand our existing hair dryers and curling irons with your logo, colour and packaging. OEM covers custom housing design, tooling and specifications. Most buyers start with ODM and move to OEM once they know what sells in their market.

Which certifications do your products carry?

Our standard platforms carry CE, RoHS and FCC certification. We can arrange UKCA, ETL, PSE, KC and SAA/RCM for specific markets. Tell us your destination market before quoting so we can confirm the right certification package.

How fast can I get a sample?

ODM samples ship within 3–7 days from stock. OEM samples using existing tooling take 2–4 weeks. New tooling requires 45–60 days before the first sample. We recommend evaluating a production sample before placing any bulk order.
